Who we are and how we work
B.A.I.S. is a small business in County Durham, run by Richie Ellis. We build our own software and use it to do computer jobs for other businesses: spreadsheets, documents, print layouts, website checks, audio, photos and writing, each at a fixed price.
The same software answers customers on a business's own website as an AI assistant, and runs as a private AI core that other companies can build into their own products.
- Our own software does the heavy lifting, and a person checks every result before it goes back to you.
- Every job has a fixed starting price and says what it does not include.
- Your files are deleted after delivery, never used to train anything and never shared.
